Service Calendars in the Mobile App

Within our mobile app, you can easily create new service appointments, ensuring you can manage your schedule effectively from anywhere. Additionally, you can view all your service appointments directly within the mobile app under their relevant dates. This provides a seamless and efficient way to manage service appointments on the go.


How It Works


Open the Mobile App


Start by opening the mobile app.


Access the Calendar Section


Navigate to the calendar section where you will find all your service appointments listed under their respective dates.

Create a New Service Appointment


Tap the "+" button on the screen's lower right-hand corner to begin creating an appointment.

Select “Schedule Appointment.”

Doing so will prompt you to choose the contact for whom the appointment should be booked.

Once you have identified your contact, choose a service calendar you created on the web application from the calendar dropdown.

Next, select the relevant room for the service. Equipment will be automatically assigned after the room is selected based on availability.

Fill out all other relevant details such as the date and time of the appointment, and the assigned user, then hit save to successfully schedule the appointment.
